Hygiene & Return Policy
  • Due to hygiene reasons, makeup puffs are strictly non-refundable once the plastic packaging has been opened.
  • We cannot accept returns on opened items for the safety of our customers.
  • Exceptions are made only if the item arrives damaged or defective.
